BOROS has been advising the Ministry of Economic Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia on location policy issues since 2010. Under the brand CREATIVE.NRW, our team of six colleagues work in the office established for the task in Cologne. There we develop network strategies and advisory services for the cultural and creative industries in NRW.
